2026 ASBR Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet
State Fair Park – SunDome, Yakima, WA
Schedule
- 4:30 PM – Doors open
- 5:00 PM – ASBR Annual Meeting
- 6:30 PM – Dinner served in the State Fair Room of the SunDome
- Followed by the awards presentation recognizing the 2026 season
All racers, navigators, crew and volunteers are encouraged to attend the annual meeting ahead of the 2027 UIM Worlds. Fans, friends and family are welcome.
Dinner tickets – $50 per person
Buy tickets by Monday, Nov 2 at asbr.redpodium.com and select your entrée when purchasing:
- Grilled Tri-Tip
- Tuscan Chicken Breast (Roma tomatoes, capers, garlic)
Both come with mixed baby greens and Caesar salads, roasted butternut squash with root vegetables, butter-poached broccolini, scalloped potatoes, dinner rolls and dessert.
Full cash bar: beer and wine $7, mixed drinks $9.

Lodging is available at Ledgestone Suites Hotel in Yakima. Parking info and a SunDome map: coming soon.

ASBR Annual Banquet: Saturday, February 17th at 6pm, $50 per plate! MUST reserve your spot.
We are excited to announce the return of the ASBR Annual Banquet! Join us at the 7 Cedars Casino for an unforgettable evening of celebration. Dinner plates for the event are priced at $50, and you can reserve your dinner 2 different ways: by Venmo-ing the amount at Venmo @asbracing (include your last name and “ASBR Banquet” in the “what is this for” section), or with our online form below. The meet and greet on Friday night features free finger food.
