Important Info for Racers & Teams

Please read carefully to ensure a smooth and safe race weekend.

Hot Pit Access & Membership Requirements

To ensure compliance with insurance regulations, APBA and ASBR memberships are required for all individuals directly involved in race operations. This includes: Drivers · Navigators · Hot pit crew members. These memberships are mandatory for participation in these roles and are strictly enforced for insurance coverage purposes.

Please note that memberships do not include: pit passes, camping privileges or general admission tickets to the race venue. These items must be purchased separately. If you are part of a pit crew but will not be working in the hot pits, a membership is not required. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and compliant racing environment.

Show & Shine – Friday, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Saturday Morning Final Sign-Ups

We will accept pre-arranged last-minute sign-ups on Saturday morning from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM in the pits. Important: Online membership registration closes Thursday at 8:00 AM. To sign up at the race, you must email us in advance.

Membership and Waivers

To meet insurance requirements, everyone must fill out a hard copy of the membership form and sign the hot pit waiver. These forms are legal documents—please fill them out correctly.
